Extreme weather conditions & flooding across North Queensland continue to create significant challenges within our Carrier network.
The safety of employees whist ensuring goods reach their destination remains the highest priority.
To maintain service levels, many onforwarders have been required to implement operational adjustments & transit measures due to road closures.
Accordingly, a temporary surcharge of 17.17% will be added to all bulk consignments to & from North of Townsville.
The surcharge reflects the additional resources needed to navigate the current conditions, including alternative routes & extended travel distances.
